Bob Seebohar - US Olympic Committee Nutrition Expert

| Lecture title: Nutrition Periodization for Triathletes By Bob Seebohar Bob Seebohar, MS, RD, CSSD, CSCS, a Board Certified Specialist in Sports Dietetics, exercise physiologist, certified strength and conditioning specialist and USA Triathlon Elite coach, is one of the nation’s top experts in sports nutrition for endurance athletes.
He is currently a sport dietitian for the US Olympic Committee and owner of Fuel4mance, where he provides health and performance improving nutrition and coaching services to recreational, elite and Olympic athletes. He is the author of “Nutrition Periodization for Endurance Athletes: Taking Sports Nutrition to the Next Level”.
Practicing what he preaches, Bob has been an athlete his entire life. Growing up playing soccer he turned to multisport racing and has been a competitive endurance athlete since 1993. His racing resume includes six Ironman events, the Boston Marathon, the Leadville 100 mile mountain bike race and the Leadville 100 mile trail run.
